Order was never received...
Dismissive communication from staff..
Do not refund the total money they charged you as hold you responsible for not receiving your order which was completely out of your hands..You have to pay customs on the order which you receive no clear communication on and this is why you lose your order....
Most disappointing online transaction I ever did and I do alot of online shopping...
Company not able to deal with small hiccups they encounter in a customer satisfactory way...The owner needs to retrain
As you know, your order was sent over 6 weeks ago and arrived in Ireland on 2 December. I have given you the tracking number and you have been asked to contact your local postal service to pay the customs charges for delivery.
We have been in contact regarding this but unfortunately it’s in your hands.
Despite the customer being contacted numerous times with the tracking code, and asked to contact their postal service to pay the customs, they would not.
Unfortunately, this is not something that is our companies responsibility. The customer was also refunded the TOTAL amount including postage which we did not have to refund due to the fact that the item was posted.
Never got item
We are sorry to hear this. I am sure that you are aware that customs takes a lot longer to Ireland at the moment. I have tracked your parcel and it is currently in Dublin.
